HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY! (Wednesday, September 30, 2009 / 10:00 PM)

Dear CHILDREN of 4 INTEGRITY,

You have been really wonderful and instrumental in making today such a huge success. Each of you worked so hard. You've worked on it since the middle of the year. Each and every group's effort paid off today. I love the colouring station, the hula-hoops and easy target, the rubberbands on legos, the bola cans, the wonderful ping-pongs into hole, the marble pick-ups, the game cards, the whole stretch of stationery cum accessories cum craft, etc.. I am AWED by the level of commitment and sacrifice by ALL of you. SO PROUD OF YOU! The school must know how hard you've worked! You've given it all for the unfortunate and underprivileged children of Batam. God bless all of you. Please help me thank your wonderful parents too who worked quietly behind the scenes to provide the things to sell!

Meanwhile, it's sad that 2 disasters occurred today: an earthquake in Sumatra and a Tsunami in Samoa. We must thank God that we seem to be always shielded from these natural disasters.

May you take time to rest and enjoy your special day! I'm glad I decided not to give the homework in the end...
